Nicola is a 2016 graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre) at the Victorian College of the Arts where she was awarded the Ron and Margaret Dobell Foundation: Music Theatre Award.
Her VCA credits include Wendla in Spring Awakening (dir. Tom Healey) and Sophie in How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found (dir. Alister Smith). She was also a featured soloist in Morning Melodies: Best of Broadway presented by Arts Centre Melbourne. This year she has appeared in Comedy of Errors as Dromio of Syracuse with Melbourne Shakespeare Company (dir. Jennifer Sarah Dean), Ordinary Days as Deb (dir. Tyran Parke) and 21 Chump Street as Ensemble (dir. Byron Bache) both with Pursued by Bear. She has also be involved in workshops with New Musicals Australia and Home Grown: Grassroots
